COMBAT time!!
Come on one more time Punch Punch Yeah YEAH!!!! .........
I'm currently suffering from COMBAT hang over.....
Went with my colleagues with the gym after work at 8 plus today for Combat Class....(I went to the gym yesterday too though I had tons of work to do)
Was super stressed up today at work...
-I had tons and tons of work piling up on me,
- Emails waiting for my response were flooding my inbox non stop...and they come in batches. I had to keep archiving them if not the 'MAILBOX FULL' pop up will appear every now and then
- Different managers were hounding me....
- Questions were shooting at me all over...thru phone calls, assistants asking stuff, emails
- I didnt know...if I should quit (great stress). Today was supposed to be THE DAY. But..I had cold feet..Received a call from an ex colleague suddenly this morning..and he said some stuf that made me waver.... =(
It all felt like a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!
As I was working and all the tots of whether I should quit went thru my mind, I just kept praying..Lord you really need to help me get out of this.........
Anywyas, the combat class started at 8.30...But at 8.10, all my colleagues were still waiting for me....I really had to send out some emails to my Partner (my boss) before gyming if not I won't be able to gym in peace....So my dearest colleagues were all kind enough to wait for me. Initially I really didnt feel like going anymore..But Thank God some kept encouraging me to go...so I decided...well WORK CAN NEVER EVER BE FINISHED...Just GO...
well...so i finally went...and the COMbAt class was such a great work out!!! Woah!! I sweated all my stress away..hahaa! I ended up feeling like a chimpanzee after the work out cos the instructor made us do PUSH UPS after 45 mins of jumping and punching. Sad to say...I couldnt' i just did a few times and I landed flat on the mat while others were still pushing up and down...
I seriously think i have super weak arms....(though I tot they were well trained from carrying labtops to and fro...even to shopping sprees haha).! Now, Im walking ard with weightless arms...The sensation is weird......they feel numb...Am I normaL? haha..but anyways.. I FEEL GOOD! na na na na na! 2 days of gym in a row!!!!!!!! yoo hoo!
But exercising is really good!! It makes me happy I wonder why...Think it's because the body releases a lot of Endorphins!! For those who have no idea what this is..

I particularly like the last 2 points..No. 3 definitely works for me..No. 4...prayerfully!!
So what r u waiting for? GET OUT OF TT CHAIR AND START WORKING OUT!
As for me...time to start working again....it's midnite now......Good nite!!
