A bit of Singapore in HK! Part One

HelllloO! Im BACK form hibernation!!

Was sooo busy the past few weeks!! N of cos the highlight was...MY FAMILY WAS HERE!
From 27th August to 5th September! It was really so much fun!! ALmost teared when I saw all of them again at the train station. Nothing beats seeing em again physically and talking to em face to face......N it has been a loooong looooong time since the whole family is in another country all together! We have been travelling the past 2 years...but either my mum goes with aunt or mum and dad or mum and dad and 1 sis or just me with my frens....so well, the 1 week was truly great bonding time for all of us !

I took 2 days off and so really spent a good 4 quality days with em!! =)
Was really stressed abt planning a great itinery for em (n was tough cos im new my self!) but gald everything turned out fine in the end!!!
The itinery was really packed and we did quite a lot....I 'interviewed' everyone and asked em which is their favorite day.....a lot of em said DISNEYLAND! hahahaa..guess my family is born disney...it was so fun!! EVen my daddy said he enjoyed himself!! wahhahaa....N my mum was so happy looking at the pretty disney princesses!!! wahahhaa...

Me and mama in comfy house

Having lunch at famous Yung Kee GOOSE!

We had this 'Tong Gua Zhong' (Cucumber pot?) that cost

a freaking 80SGD! But had a lot of 'ho liao' (good stuff) la!

though...I think mum's fish noodles was better than Yung KEe!

The last Supper...

Practically supper cos I worked till 8 plus so we started our yummy

steamboat dinner at Yau Gwat Hei (have pork breathe literal translation)

@9pm! It was 88 HKD per pax for all u can eat!!!

Really very yummy!!!! N they had this funny squid noodles u need to squueeezze out of the packet! Yummy!

Now that they are gone..the house seems...too quiet...too empty....was really homesick a few days after they left....I even CRIED! boo hoo..but am better now....! dont worry! =))
