ok.. this is a super post dated post!!! Didnt really have much time to deal with the photos and all...so...finally have some time now!!!.....

H.O.M.E.....as cliche as this may sound....nowhere feels like home really.....all that love and familiarity....felt just so...goood...to be home! Was back mainly for Rosie's wedding..but also to meet up with all my loved ones..family and frens....

When I was back in Singapore, i had a couple of initial'weird feelings'...

the first weird thing...was not being used to seeing BLUE CABS on the roads ! I dunno why but I just felt weird seeing blue cabs!! hahaa..Hk has red cabs...and I think on HK roads..there are more cabs than private cars...so have pretty much gotten used to seeing a sea of reds on the roads! So just felt weird seeing blue cabs again!

N the next strinkingly Wow feeling..was when I stepped into my house..it suddenly feels soooo big and huge!! N my room...feels LARGE!!! hahaa...ALl cause i have been living in a bird cage!!! Too bad..the theory of 'An animal grows according to the size of the environment its being thrown in' doesnt work on me...cause i PUT ON WEIGHT these past 5 months..the FIRST thing that lebby said was...U look like CHA SHAO NOW!!! *faints* Now tt its winter time....the body will automatically accumulate FATS! So I will become more rolly polly! hahaa

But e air in Spore...just smells so familiar.....so warm....so welcoming....

Frens..it ws indeed great catching up with all of u peeps again.....love u all to bitsiee.....some piccis

Thanks for picking me up! My family.dia, quan,leb,joel (leb and joel took a bus and 'chi gog chi gog' all the way to the airport!)

Cos they had to go to Vietnam for a mission trip...

But the timing was such that they touched down at noon..n my flight

was at 3.45pm! So we could meet for lunch!!!!!

I will be back home again really soon!!!!!! Cant wait.......

Just some updates here in HK...

The weather is getting really realy chilly!!! My house is like some ice box...traps the coldness...

I wake up every morning frozen!!!!! Ahhhh...hope i can survive the winter....

But been having fun wearing different sorts of autumn winter clothings!! Like trench coats..boots.scarves! hahaa..Am loving it!!!!!!!!!! =)

i dreamt of home

i will be home...in less than 24 hours time!!
Im so exhilarated..i cant wait!!!to see my loved ones and buds and frens again...to see dearie scruffy again...to just spend time in the homeliest home of tai keng...to sleep on my big bed again...to bathe in my own toilet again...to smell the singapore air again....to EAT all my fav food again....wow...........

Im so excited..that i dream abt what im going to do back home 2 nites again..i actually dream that i was eating ban mian...having a great time with my dearies back home...cant rem much...but all i rem was the feeling of home.....

Many think HK is just about LKF, polluted air, throngs of crowd, shopping, booze.. But nicely nestled away from the city civilisation are windy roads through mountains, beaches, beautiful views of the sunset...awesome...coupled with the perfect autumn weather now(abt 18 to 24 degrees usually)...am loving the weekends!

Meandered through Repulse Bay, chancing upon South Bay Beach -quiet lil beach with many Guai Lous and their families chilling on the beach, BBQ sites available just by the beach, a lil bar with a DJ even! Then headed towards Shek O Beach-a bigger and more crowded Beach as compared to South Bay. Also with biggger waves thus inviting surfers. This area had super duper narrow rds! Driving thru was a headache! Had to keep reversing to give way to opp directioned vehicles!

Managed to visit Ocean Park finally yest too!!!!

Good to get adrenalin rushes on those rides once in a while.

Mine Train was the best ride in Ocean Park I think!

And heres the crazy hands free 'driver' whom I should really be thankful to for allowing me to see the other side of HK!
